How long will I wait for my e-learning?
Usually next day delivery on CDs or same day for Internet courses. Please remember we are open Mon - Thurs 9am-5pm and Fridays 9am-4pm GMT.

What will I need to use e-learning?
In most cases you should be using a minimum of MICROSOFT Windows 98 SE, with Microsoft Internet Explorer Version 6 installed. Please click here to test your PC. Note that the CDs will not work on MACs, and we do not guarantee our online versions to work on MACs. Please check the minimum requirements here.

When will I receive my certificate?
Depending on the course, you will either be able to print your certificate immediately or it will be delivered within 4 weeks. More information about this is provided on the specific product pages.

Who signs my certificate?
If the signature space is blank, then you should ask a witness, colleague or supervisor to sign the certificate. This is an invigilator signature.
